Naperville North 3, Metea Valley 1
The top-ranked Huskies opened their bid for a fourth-consecutive league title with a solid road win. Six different players contributed to the scoring: Will Ritzman, Ethan Harvey and Ian Guppy scored goals; Cesar Recendez, Patrick Koenig and Colin Iverson contributed assists. Naperville North improved to 8-0-1, 1-0-0.

Nonconference

New Trier 5, Lake Forest Academy 0

Logan Weaver had two goals and two assists, and Ryan Krueger added a brace for the fifth-ranked Trevians. Andrew Kuhn scored the final goal, and Eric Plante and Alex Donnelly-Maine added assists. Goalkeeper Sam Rutherford made four saves for the shutout for New Trier (7-1-0).

St Charles East 3, Plainfield North 1
Nick Nelson had two goals and an assist to help the hosts end a five-game winless streak (0-4-1) with the home victory. Grant Wirig scored the final goal, and Truitt Battin and Kieran Patel added helpers for the Fighting Saints (2-4-2). 

St. Charles North 2, Leyden 2
The hosts took the lead on a Parker Kolb goal (Jake Persenico assist) in the 76th minute only to see Leyden draw even on Carlos Garcia's 79th-minute tally. Matthew Beaulieu tied the game at 1-1 with his 58th-minute strike for the North Stars (5-1-1). Francisco Toral scored the opening goal of the game in the 45th minute. Leyden upped its unbeaten streak to five games (4-0-1) and improved its record to 5-1-1

Streamwood 2. South Elgin 0
Christian Lopez (Bryan Mora) scored before halftime and Oscar Chavez (Jesus Limon) scored after it for the winners. Goalkeeper Daniel Dominguez made two saves in goal to earn his second shutout in a row and third shutout of season for the Sabres (6-2-0), who have now won five matches in a row.
