Brooke Miller's brace paved the way for the Wildcats. Katelyn Nardulli and Anna Yuccas assisted the scores.

Naperville Central 7, DeKalb 1
The Redhawks, ranked sixth in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, knocked home seven of their 31 shots. Molly O'Rear led the way with a hat-trick. Sullivan Schubel had a goal and assist, and Megan Norkett provided two helpers. Taylor Walk, Grace Granato and Hannah Dudley collected solo goals. Lauren Thorne, Ella Burke and Karly Maida chipped in with assists for Naperville Central (8-1-4, 6-0-3). Emily Mendez scored on DeKalb's only shot on goal.



Metro Suburban Conference

Wheaton Academy 2, Aurora Central 0

Seniors and freshmen combined for a goal in each half. Senior Kelly Bickhart gave the Warriors the lead with help from frosh Anna Africa. Frosh Eva DeSouza tallied the insurance goal thanks to senior Kelsey Bowling. Goalkeeper Sara Swoboda made one save in the shutout. Wheaton Academy (9-4-0, 6-1-0) hosts University (Chicago) in a nonconference match at noon Saturday.


North Suburban Conference

Warren 3, Lake Zurich 0

The no. 8 Blue Devils bunched three second half goals in an 11-minute span to win. Liza Matimore, who also had an assist, got the game-winner in the 54th minute. Samantha Pullins followed three minutes later, Emily Soriaga capped the scoring in the 65th minute. Mia Gloria and Kylie Mahoney guided assists. Warren keeper Trish Georgiou needed two saves for the clean-sheet. Warren improved to 11-1-3, 3-1-0 and next plays Tuesday at 16th-ranked Stevenson in a key league match.
