Missy Adrian got the goal, and goalkeeper Kelsie Stone recorded her eighth shutout of the season for the ninth-ranked Vikings (10-1-1, 7-1-0). With the win, Fremd kept a share of the lead in the league table with Conant (7-2-0 MSL), which beat Hersey 2-1 Monday.


Palatine 1, Schaumburg 0
Sarah Clancy's goal put the Pirates over the top. The win kept Palatine (6-5-1, 5-1-0) in the race for the West Division crown.

Nonconference

Metea Valley 7, Hinsdale Central 0

Jade Eriksen-Russo scored her hat trick in the opening 6:46 of the game as the no. 11 Mustangs rolled. Maeve Riordan, Nikki Hernandez and Chesney Wargo added a goal and an assist apiece. Morgan McCrary (goal) and Taylor Rohm (assist) also earned a spot in the scoring column. Nikki Coryell (5 saves) and Myah Schoolman split the shutout for Metea Valley (8-3-2).

Wheaton Academy 10, St. Edward 0
Erin Teevans (3 goals), Gretchen Pearson (2), Emmerson Fuller (2), Sophia Lindquist, Rebecca Steininger, and Maggie Bailey scored for the Warriors. Wheaton Academy improved to 10-3-0 overall.
