Nonconference

Benet 4, Hancock 0
Abby Casmere scored twice, and Mia Ullmer and Sarah Bozych added tallies in the win for the Redwings (5-0-0). Cami Picha, Mia Tommasone, Mary Kate Hansen, and Jaimee Cibulka added an assist each. Eva Frantzen earned the shutout in goal for Benet, which is ranked no. 14 in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25.

Palatine 1, Huntley 0
After a first half where most of the play was spent in the middle of the field and neither team posed a serious threat, Palatine came out aggressively to start the second half. An early corner kick from Olivia Radtke dropped center net about five yards from the goal line, but Ann Luo's header sailed a bit high. About two minutes later, Luo rectified the situation with the game's only score on a header after a 45-yard Melanie Simon free kick to just outside the goal in the 44th minute. Amaya Rivera earned her second shutout in three games aided by a strong defensive team effort.

St. Charles East 7, Plainfield North 1
The motivated hosts charged out of the gate behind goals from Emma Blankenship (two goals, assist), Renee Unterberg (assist), Hannah Miller (two goals, two assists) and Elle McCaslin and took a 4-1 lead at the break. Kayla Villa added a second half tally, and Alondra Carranza and Lindsay Rzuszutko added assists. The Fighting Saints improved to 3-1-0 on the young season.
