Nicholas Roehl had 2 goals and an assist to lead the Spartans (6-6-3, 3-1-1) to the road win.  Joey Wood added a goal and Keenan Corrigan and Ian Hart assists.  St. Francis goalkeeper Jonathan Burke contributed 12 saves. The Spartans next game is Saturday at Geneva.


Marmion  9, Bishop McNamara 0
Landon Meyer and Nick Grant each had 2 goals and 2 assists in the first half, and Gavin Sanchez added 2 goals and an assist for the Cadets (9-8, 4-1). Tim Wheeler, Quinn Gratz and Sean Miller also tallied goals for Marmion. Omar Espinosa contributed two assists and Trevor Jones and Dante Sosa added a helper apiece. Matt Fletcher recorded the shutout.

Ben Poder had 2 goals and an assist in the MSL leaders' win. Zach Schoffstall, Luke Kosacz and Rohan Menon added goals for the Vikings (11-5-1, 7-1-1). Will Lefevre (1 save) and Michael Kramer combined for the shutout.

Crystal Lake South 2, McHenry 0
Sophomore Andrew Grabowski scored an unassisted goal and recorded the helper on Orlando Tapia's first half tally to lead Crystal Lake South to the win, which clinched a share of the conference title. Keeper Dalton Kause had two saves to record his sixth shutout of the year for the Gators (12-4-1, 4-0). McHenry fell to (8-6-4, 0-2).

Nonconference
Naperville North 4, Metea Valley 1
Class of '15 members Brandon Hipp (2 goals), Matty Sylvester (goal) and Chris Ensign (assist) helped make their Senior Night a special one. Sophomore Chris Sullivan contributed in the senior tribute with a goal and an assist for the Huskies (9-4-3).
