"Hats off to Antioch for their energy and effort this afternoon," said Blue Devils coach Jason Ahonen. "We had a number of chances, but unfortunately we are unable to find the back of the net, specifically in the first half. In the second half they took the lead on a (51st-minute) free kick. We worked hard to tie the game, only to see them catch us on a counterattack to seal the game for them."
