Chicagoland Christian Conference

TIMOTHY 9, Marian Central 0
After sharing the conference title in a three-way tie in the league's debut season, the Trojans became the first outright winners with a commanding victory. Tim Nulty led the way with a brace and three assists. Aidan Contant contributed two goals and a helper. Owen Wise and Cooper Rainone recorded a goal and assist. Ben Schroeder, Josiah Bhatia and Charles Rieger delivered solo tallies. Phillip Wojciuk, Alex Ward and Zachary Baker added assists. Peter Buikema and Matthew Gritters shared the shutout for the Trojans (12-4-3, 6-0-0), who are ranked 11th in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25. 

Fox Valley Conference

CRYSTAL LAKE SOUTH 4, McHenry 0
The Prus brothers, senior Nick (brace) and sophomore Will (goal, assist) did the heavy lifting for the Gators (10-7-0, 5-2-0). Dustin Banner scored the eventual game-winner in the first half and added a bookend assist. Josh Moreno and Ali Ahmed recorded helpers. Keeper Noah Dunteman made eight saves for Crystal Lake South's eighth shutout of the season. McHenry fell to 7-10-0, 2-5-0.

Nonconference

BENET 1, Naperville Central 1
After facing a halftime deficit, the Redwings (8-4-2) pulled even thanks to a goal from Brendan Bernach, who leads the team with 12. Danny Sterba provided the assist in the 46th minute against the no. 12 team in the Top 25. Second half keeper Matthew Beaudoin held the Redhawks (10-4-3) at bay. Benet, which debuted at no. 6 in the Class AA Super 7 poll, re-enters East Suburban Catholic Conference play at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Marian.
