Jelly Amezquita's goal after a Kimberly White assist wasn't enough for the no. 25 Blue Devils (0-2-0) to avoid the upset. Keeper Emma Megerle recorded two saves. Warren is back in action March 19 when it hosts Wauconda.

Alli Saviano recorded a goal and assist, and Mackenzie Loomis added another first half goal in the win for no. 21 Fighting Saints (1-0-1). Keepers Sidney Lazenby (one save) and Mia Olenek (four) split the clean-sheet against 35th-ranked Boylan. 

SOUTH ELGIN 3, Hoffman Estates 0
Christina Slovik scored a brace, and Lucy Tomasi registered a goal and assist for the Storm (2-0-0). Laura Garcia and Avianna Hernandez contributed helpers to the cause. Lilly Rodriguez needed only one save for the clean-sheet. Next up is a trip to Conant on March 19.

Caroline Mortonson led the way in the second round of the tournament with two goals and an assist. Peyton Israel recorded a hat-trick of assists. Claire Parkhill added a goal and assist. Izzy Lebar, Josie Pochocki and Estelle Giustini recorded single tallies. Leahla Frazier chipped in with a helper. Anna Bigenwald earned the shutout for the fifth-ranked Lions (2-0-0).
