Giuseppe Avendano scored his second goal of the night in the 92nd minute to propel the Fighting Saints (18-7-0) to the win. The senior's first goal in the 22nd minute gave St. Charles East a 1-0 halftime lead. Marc Walker and Aiden Maloney provided assists in the victory. Keeper Jordan Rolon recorded eight saves. Next up is the final against top-seeded York at 1 p.m Saturday.
