DuKane Conference

St. Charles East 10, Glenbard North 0
The Fighting Saints (9-0-0, 2-0-0), who are ranked sixth in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, were led by Grace Williams' five-goal, one-assist night. Alli Saviano added a brace and two assists. Kara Machala had a goal and two assists. Mia Raschke and Georggia Desario had solo tallies. Ella Stehman and Tia Bernstein dished out two assists each. Sidney Lazenby made one save in 60 minutes of work for the clean-sheet. 


DuPage Valley Conference

Naperville Central 2, Neuqua Valley 1
Goals from Megan Norkett and Malia Shen paved the way for the Redhawks (5-0-1, 2-0-0), who are ranked ninth in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25. Bella Brozek and Lauren Thorne delivered assists. Naperville Central will now train up to the Naperville Invitational; it hosts York at 5 p.m. April 20.

 

Nonconference

Wheaton Academy 2, West Chicago 1
After assisting the opener, junior Rebecca Schulenburg scored the game-winner in the second half off a corner kick from classmate Grace Platt. The Warriors broke the ice in the opening frame with a score from junior Fionna Davis after help from Schulenburg. West Chicago tied the game before the break with a free kick goal. Next up for Wheaton Academy (2-3-1) is Westmont, which it hosts at 7 p.m. Thursday.
