Mia Raschke scored a first half brace, and Kara Machala matched her in the final frame to lead the Fighting Saints (5-0-0), who are ranked sixth in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25. Grace Williams, Tatum Smith, Alli Saviano and Tia Bernstein contributed assists. The St. Charles East defense allowed no shots on goal, which allowed Sidney Lazenby (60 minutes) and Grace Stehman (20) to share the shutout. Class AA Burlington Central (2-3-0) has suffered all of its losses against ranked or previously ranked Class 3A teams: Naperville Central; Loyola; and St. Charles East.
